What is your return policy?
THE GLAMOUR HEIST ACCEPTS ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, RETURNS ONLY ACCEPTED IF THE WRONG ITEM IS SHIPPED OR THERE IS A DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT. In that case, you may contact us through email within 6 hours of your package being delivered and then we will give you instructions on shipping the defected product back. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my order is lost?
The Glamour Heist is not responsible for any lost packages. If your tracking information confirms that your item was delivered and you did not receive your package, IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. You may contact the United States Postal Service at 1-800-275-8777.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order has been placed. Email:firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and your refund will be processed back to you.

The Glamour Heist accepts all major credit cards for online payments and CASH ONLY for pick-up orders.
